Each of our products is carefully crafted in our workshop using high-quality materials and meticulous attention to detail. Some items are produced continuously, while others are made to order. We always strive to complete and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed withinΒ 1β5 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding public holidays).Β Please note:
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time.
We appreciate your understanding that handcrafted production requires care and precision.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- U.S. β 10-25 business days
- U.K. β 10-20 business days
- Canada β 10-25 business days
- Australia and New Zealand - 14-25 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:Β customs clearance procedures;Β local carrier delays;Β peak seasonal demand;Β weather conditions;Β international transit disruptions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrierβs system.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by your country.Β These charges:
- are determined by your local customs authority
- are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- are the sole responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure safe delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the product and the packaging from multiple angles.

Contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after delivery.

Retain all original packaging materials until the matter is resolved.
We will fully cooperate in initiating and supporting a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the carrier reviews the case and approves compensation for the declared value of the product and the shipping cost, we will manufacture and send a replacement item to you.
Please note that if:
- the carrier refuses compensation,
- the damage is minor and does not affect the functionality or intended use of the product or
- the claim and photographic evidence are submitted more than 14 days after delivery
we cannot assume responsibility for replacement or reimbursement. However, we will gladly provide guidance and support to help you resolve minor issues independently wherever possible.
Our goal is always to find a fair and reasonable solution.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point
- refusal to pay applicable customs duties or taxes
- if the carrier was unable to contact the recipient and two or more delivery attempts were unsuccessful,
any re-shipment and related costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly encourage customers to monitor tracking information and remain available for contact by the local carrier to ensure successful delivery.
