Hidden Storage Built into a Modern Nightstand

This modern bedside table combines everyday storage with two discreet hidden compartments while keeping a clean, minimalist appearance.

At first glance, it looks like a simple contemporary nightstand. Inside, however, it includes a lower hidden compartment protected by an RFID lock and a separate concealed side drawer accessible only after opening the main drawer.

This makes it suitable for both everyday organization and keeping personal belongings discreetly out of sight.

Multiple Storage Areas

The nightstand features:

  • Main drawer for everyday essentials
  • Concealed side drawer hidden beside the main drawer
  • Lower hidden compartment protected by an RFID lock

The side hidden drawer becomes accessible only when the main drawer is fully open. It remains discreetly integrated into the construction without a visible handle.

You can choose which side the hidden drawer opens from – left or right – depending on the placement of the nightstand and your room layout.

For additional privacy, the side hidden drawer can also be ordered with an optional mechanical key lock. The final price depends on the selected configuration.

The lower hidden compartment opens upward and is protected by a contactless RFID locking system.

The cabinet is made of high-quality laminated chipboard (18 mm thick). All edges are fully sealed and finished. It is completely safe to use, even in children’s rooms.

The RFID lock operates contactlessly using a key card or key fob. To unlock it, simply bring the key close to the lock area. The system reads the signal and automatically unlocks the cabinet. Without the correct key, the cabinet remains securely locked. The keys are pre-programmed and ready to use. If the keys become unprogrammed or you would like to add additional ones, we provide a detailed instruction manual and video guide explaining how to do this.

If the battery level is low, the lock will notify you in advance with an audible signal. If you do not manage to replace the batteries in time, use the included USB → DC 2.5 mm cable:
1. Turn the cabinet over and locate the power port on the bottom side.
2. Connect one end of the cable to the cabinet and the other to a power bank or USB charger.
3. You will hear a short sound. This indicates that the lock has received power.
4. Open the cabinet and replace the old batteries with new ones (4 × AAA).
5. Before closing, test the lock again using the key card to ensure proper operation.
