Hidden Storage Built into a Modern Nightstand

This modern bedside table combines everyday storage with two discreet hidden compartments while keeping a clean, minimalist appearance.

At first glance, it looks like a simple contemporary nightstand. Inside, however, it includes a lower hidden compartment protected by an RFID lock and a separate concealed side drawer accessible only after opening the main drawer.

This makes it suitable for both everyday organization and keeping personal belongings discreetly out of sight.

Multiple Storage Areas

The nightstand features:

  • Main drawer for everyday essentials
  • Concealed side drawer hidden beside the main drawer
  • Lower hidden compartment protected by an RFID lock

The side hidden drawer becomes accessible only when the main drawer is fully open. It remains discreetly integrated into the construction without a visible handle.

You can choose which side the hidden drawer opens from – left or right – depending on the placement of the nightstand and your room layout.

For additional privacy, the side hidden drawer can also be ordered with an optional mechanical key lock. The final price depends on the selected configuration.

The lower hidden compartment opens upward and is protected by a contactless RFID locking system.

Side Hidden Drawer Options

The concealed side drawer can be configured to suit your needs:

  • Left-opening hidden drawer
  • Right-opening hidden drawer
  • Without a lock
  • With an optional mechanical key lock

The mechanical lock provides basic access control for personal belongings such as documents, cash, medication, keys, or jewellery.

Please note: even with the optional mechanical lock, the hidden drawer is intended for discreet storage and privacy. It is not a certified safe or burglary-resistant compartment.

What Can You Store Inside?

The concealed storage areas are suitable for:

  • Passports and documents
  • Cash
  • Jewellery and watches
  • Keys
  • Medication
  • Small electronic devices
  • Other personal belongings you prefer to keep out of sight

Please note: the hidden compartments are designed for discreet storage and privacy. The product is not a certified safe or professional burglary-resistant storage unit.

RFID-Locked Hidden Compartment

The lower hidden compartment is protected by a contactless RFID lock.

Simply hold one of the included RFID cards or key fobs near the designated area to unlock it. Each access device is coded to the installed lock.

The RFID system:

  • Includes 2 RFID access cards
  • Includes 2 RFID key fobs
  • Operates using 4 AA batteries
  • Provides a low-battery warning
  • Supports emergency external power using a cable and power bank

This allows quick keyless access while keeping the compartment discreet when closed.

Durable and Easy to Maintain

The nightstand is made from durable laminated particleboard designed for everyday use.

Its smooth surface is easy to maintain and resistant to normal daily wear. Clean it with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners, aggressive chemicals, and excessive moisture.

Fully Assembled and Ready to Use

The nightstand is delivered fully assembled, with the RFID system already installed.

No furniture assembly or lock installation is required — simply unpack it and place it in your preferred location.

FAQ

Yes, the product comes fully assembled with the lock already installed. You only need to place the cabinet in your desired location.

Yes, simply specify this in the comments section when placing your order.

The cabinet is made of high-quality laminated chipboard (18 mm thick). All edges are fully sealed and finished. It is completely safe to use, even in children’s rooms.

The RFID lock operates contactlessly using a key card or key fob. To unlock it, simply bring the key close to the lock area. The system reads the signal and automatically unlocks the cabinet. Without the correct key, the cabinet remains securely locked. The keys are pre-programmed and ready to use. If the keys become unprogrammed or you would like to add additional ones, we provide a detailed instruction manual and video guide explaining how to do this.

The delivery cost is calculated at checkout after you enter your address. It depends on the selected model and your country. If you do not see product availability, please contact our support team.

Yes, custom manufacturing is available. For details, please contact us at hiddoservice@gmail.com.

If the battery level is low, the lock will notify you in advance with an audible signal. If you do not manage to replace the batteries in time, use the included USB → DC 2.5 mm cable:
1. Turn the cabinet over and locate the power port on the bottom side.
2. Connect one end of the cable to the cabinet and the other to a power bank or USB charger.
3. You will hear a short sound. This indicates that the lock has received power.
4. Open the cabinet and replace the old batteries with new ones (4 × AAA).
5. Before closing, test the lock again using the key card to ensure proper operation.
